Apple CEO Tim Cook announced that the company will donate to relief and rebuilding efforts after severe storms affected several countries, including Sri Lanka. In a post on X, Cook said Apple is “thinking of everyone affected” as communities across Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia face widespread damage.
His statement comes as Sri Lanka continues recovery efforts following heavy rains, flooding, and landslides reported in multiple districts. Apple’s contribution is expected to support on-ground humanitarian assistance and reconstruction work.
